Corwin[注一]系一种新型的心脏选择性β_1部分激动剂[注二],能使β_1肾上腺能受体稳定其最大活性在43%左右。本文目的是要测定这种药物对冠状动脉疾病患者和曾患心肌梗塞者的效用。
Corwin [Note 1] is a new type of cardiac selective β 1 partial agonist [Note 2], β 1 adrenergic receptor can stabilize its maximum activity of about 43%. The purpose of this article is to determine the utility of this drug in patients with coronary artery disease and those with previous myocardial infarction.
