目的:探讨一次性注射针头行小切口非超声乳化术的临床疗效。方法:选择38例(38眼)白内障患者,采用一次性注射针头行小切口非超声乳化术。结果:术后1 d及3个月随访观察,裸视在0.5以上者分别占65.8%和94.7%。结论:一次性注射针头行小切口非超声乳化术疗效显著,简单易行,术中并发症少,术后散光较小等优点,适合于广大基层医院。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification with disposable needle. Methods: Thirty-eight cases (38 eyes) of cataract patients were selected. One-time injection needle was used for small incision non-phacoemulsification. Results: At 1 day and 3 months postoperatively, 65.8% and 94.7% of the patients had naked vision more than 0.5. Conclusion: One-time needle injection of small incision phacoemulsification is effective, easy to operate, less intraoperative complications, less postoperative astigmatism and so on, suitable for the majority of primary hospitals.
