目的 :研究降纤酶治疗进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法 :全部病例按顺序随机分成治疗组和对照组各 5 2例和 3 2例 ,治疗组除常规治疗外 ,应用国产降纤酶治疗。对照组单用常规治疗结果 :降纤酶可阻止进展型脑梗死进一步恶化 ,无明显副作用 ,至 2 8天显效率分别为 61.5 4%和 15 .62 % ,有效率分别为 82 .69%和 40 .62 % ,两组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :降纤酶为治疗进展型脑梗死安全有效的药物
Objective: To study the effect of defibrase on advanced cerebral infarction. Methods: All cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 52 cases and 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with domestic defibrase in addition to conventional treatment. The control group only with conventional treatment results: defibrase can prevent further deterioration of progressive cerebral infarction, no significant side effects, to 28 days were 61.5 4% and 15.62%, respectively, the effective rates were 82.69% and 40.62%, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Defibrase is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction
