社会问题源于文化失调。在高校网络舆情的生成和发展过程中存在着不少文化失调的现象。而构成高校网络舆情的主体、客体、介体、环体要素的文化失调,影响着高校网络舆情的发展,制约着高校网络舆情正面效力的发挥。以文化调适推进高校网络舆情干预机制的建立,优化高校网络舆情各要素,最终实现高校网络舆情的积极发展具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。
Social problems stem from cultural imbalances. There are many cultural imbalances in the formation and development of network public opinion in colleges and universities. The cultural misunderstandings that form the main body, object, mediator and ring element of network public opinion in colleges and universities affect the development of network public opinion in colleges and universities and restrict the positive effect of network public opinion in colleges and universities.
