一、毒物的概念(一)定义物体进入机体,蓄积达一定的量后,与机体组织发生生物化学或生物物理学变化,干扰或破坏机体的正常生理功能,引起暂时性或永久性的病理状态,甚至危及生命,称该物质为毒物工业生产过程中接触到的毒物,主要指化学物质,称为工业毒物。(二)工业毒物的物理状态在生产环境中,毒物常以气体、蒸气、烟尘、雾和粉尘等形式存在,其存在形式主要取决于毒物本身的理化性质、生产工艺、加工过程等。
