术前化放疗能够降低食管癌术前临床分期,甚至病理完全缓解,为目前食管癌综合治疗的研究热点。本文就近年来食管癌术前化放疗的研究进展做一综述。
Preoperative chemoradiotherapy can reduce the preoperative clinical stage of esophageal cancer, or even complete remission of pathology, esophageal cancer treatment for the current research focus. This article reviews the progress of esophageal cancer preoperative chemoradiation in recent years.
