文章将上海旧居住区的老年公寓改建作为研究对象,结合我国国情、文化习俗、城市发展需要和老年公寓开发建设的特点,探讨在上海市的旧居民社区,将混合住宅、毗邻养老和老年公寓三者结合起来,发展符合我国传统养老观念的多样化和个性化的新型养老模式。
The article takes the reconstruction of old apartment buildings in Shanghai’s old residential areas as a research object, and combines the characteristics of China’s national conditions, cultural customs, urban development needs, and the development and construction of old-school apartments to explore the old residential communities in Shanghai that will mix residential, adjoining elderly and elderly apartments. The three are combined to develop a diversified and personalized old-age care model that conforms to our traditional concept of old-age care.
