通过对锻造失效样品进行观察和检验,分析了圆钢锻造失效的原因;同时对相关的钢坯和钢材进行了检验与分析,总结出影响圆钢锻造失效的主要原因为钢坯表面针孔及皮下气泡。
Through the observation and test of forging failure samples, the reasons for the failure of round bar forging were analyzed. At the same time, the related billet and steel were inspected and analyzed, and the main factors affecting the failure of round bar forging were concluded as billet surface pinhole and subcutaneous bubble .
