同步直流电复律(以下简称电复律)治疗心房纤颤(房颤),一般认为相当安全。但亦有报告术后延迟发生心室纤颤以及猝死者。我科近日遇到一例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄合并慢性房颤患者,电复律后19小时发生急性心源性脑缺血综合征,经有效处理后,保持窦性心律出院。现将经过摘要报告如下:
Synchronous DC cardioversion (hereinafter referred to as cardioversion) treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF), generally considered quite safe. However, there are also reports of delayed postoperative ventricular fibrillation and sudden death. Our department recently encountered a case of rheumatic mitral stenosis in patients with chronic atrial fibrillation, electrical cardioversion after 19 hours of acute cardiogenic cerebral ischemic syndrome, the effective treatment, to maintain sinus rhythm discharge.
