目的:观察老年男性骨质疏松患者与血浆PTH、CT、BGP的关系。方法:选择60岁以上的男性61例,分为骨质疏松组(31例)和对照组(30例)。空腹12h以上,清晨抽血分别测定血中PTH、CT、BGP(放射免疫法)。结果:骨质疏松组PTH,BGP较对照为高(P<0.01,而骨质疏松组的CT水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:PTH作为钙调节激素,在本病中的作用已引起广泛的重视,老年人中由于钙缺乏,PTH分泌增加。当骨吸收亢进时代偿性的骨形成增加,BGP由骨基质中溶解增加。老年人BGP增高仍考虑为对骨吸收的代偿。随着绝经和增龄CT分泌随之降低,或分泌储备功能降低。表明PTH、CT、BGP可用作骨质疏松病人的临床观察。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the relationship between plasma PTH, CT and BGP in elderly male patients with osteoporosis.
