我们使用了一种价格便宜,使用方便的阻渗剂,使用结果证明效果很好。其配方如下:氧化铁:20%;滑石粉(过150目筛):15%;水玻璃:65%。使用时先除掉零件上被涂敷部分的油渍;将配好的阻渗剂涂上约0.5～1.0毫米厚一层,待干后即可装箱渗碳。这种阻渗剂淬火后很容易除掉,既经济又方便,同时也避免了采用镀铜,焊铜,氧化铜、滑石粉和水玻璃的混合物等阻渗剂的各种缺陷。使用中应注意:装箱时不要碰掉阻渗剂;需要重新渗碳时,装箱前要重新涂一层阻渗剂。
