目的探讨早期手术治疗对改善先天性心脏病(先心病)患儿蛋白质营养不良的意义。方法用氨基酸自动分析仪测定72例先心病患儿术前和术后的16种血清游离氨基酸浓度,并以51例健康儿童血清游离氨基酸浓度作对照。结果先心病患儿血清必需氨基酸总量降低,其中以支链氨基酸下降为主,对低年龄患儿的影响显著。经手术矫正先心病后1个月,血清氨基酸浓度均恢复到正常水平。结论先心病患儿存在蛋白质营养不良,低年龄儿患儿更严重,适时手术对改善先心病患儿的蛋白质营养状况有一定意义
Objective To investigate the significance of early surgical treatment for improving protein malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods Serum free amino acid concentrations of 72 patients with CHD before and after operation were measured by automatic amino acid analyzer. Serum free amino acid concentrations were measured in 51 healthy children. Results The total essential amino acids in children with congenital heart disease decreased, among them, the decrease of branched-chain amino acids was the main factor, which had a significant effect on children with lower age. After surgical correction of congenital heart disease 1 month, serum amino acid concentrations were restored to normal levels. Conclusion There are protein malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease, children with lower age are more serious, and timely surgery can improve the protein nutritional status of children with congenital heart disease
