东台市航运公司是一个近40年的老企业,2405名职工中有926名退休职工。1991年底,全公司累亏311万元,就是这样一个濒临倒闭的企业,1992年扭亏,1993年运输收入1250万元,取得效益260万元。今年6月,改组设立为江苏九龙股份有限公司。时隔不到三年,“东航”这艘“沉船”何以扬起风帆,形成百舸争流之势?笔者认为:全凭东航人憋足劲使出的那“三篙子”。
Dongtai Shipping Company is a nearly 40-year-old enterprise with 926 retirees from 2,405 employees. By the end of 1991, the whole company had a total loss of 3.11 million yuan, a business that is on the verge of bankruptcy. In 1992, it turned losses. Its transportation revenue in 1993 was 12.5 million yuan, and its effectiveness was 2.6 million yuan. In June this year, the reorganization was established as Jiangsu Kowloon Co., Ltd. Less than three years later, “China Eastern” ship “wreck” why raise the sail, the formation of a hundred 舸 vying for the trend?
