基于1999~2005年我国31个省(市、区)14个行业的面板数据,对我国影响人力资本技术外部性的四个因素进行了研究。研究发现:地区人力资本深化对于人力资本的外部性具有促进作用,专业化和多样化对人力资本外部性的影响是非线性的;当专业化和多样化分别超过各自的临界值时,才会对人力资本的外部性产生正向的影响;专业化对于人力资本外部性的作用在东西部地区分产业之间存在差异;就业密度在西部地区工业和服务业中对人力资本的外部性产生类似于多样化的非线性影响,但它在其他地区的作用不明显。
Based on the panel data of 14 industries in 31 provinces (cities, districts) in China from 1999 to 2005, four factors that affect the technical externalities of human capital in China are studied. The results show that the deepening of regional human capital can promote the externality of human capital, and the influence of specialization and diversification on the externality of human capital is nonlinear. When the specialization and diversification exceed their respective critical values, The externalities of human capital have a positive impact; the role of specialization in the externalities of human capital has differences among industries in the eastern and western regions; and the employment density produces similarities in the externalities of human capital in the industrial and service industries in the western regions Diversified non-linear effects, but its role in other regions is not obvious.
