To study the mechanism of inhibition of Ca2 + reactivity in myocardial fibrillation. The force-Ca 2+ -effect of trabecular meshwork in rats with stable heart and heart (preconditioned 20 minutes after ischemia 20 minutes and control 20 minutes after myocardial infarction) was measured.
