目的：研究阿托伐他汀治疗肺心病的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的71例肺心病患者，给予口服10mg阿托伐他汀治疗。结果用药后肺动脉压以及脑尿钠肽水平显著低于用药前。结论采用阿托伐他汀治疗肺心病，可有效改善患者的心室功能以及呼吸困难，效果显著，值得在临床中推广使用。“,”Objective the clinical therapeutic ef ect of atorvastatin in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods:71 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital, 10mg administered oral y atorvastatin treatment. Results: after treatment of pulmonary artery pressure and brain natriuretic peptide levels were significantly lower than that before treatment. Conclusion:the use of atorvastatin in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease, can ef ectively improve the patient's cardiac function and breathing dif iculties, significant ef ect, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
