中国社科院社会学所社会指标课题组,选择了46个主要经济社会指标,用综合评分法对30个省市区社会发展水平进行综合评价。根据综合得分,居前10位的是:北京85.9分,上海83.7分,天津78.3分,辽宁71.4分,黑龙江63.9分,广东63.2分,吉林62.8分,浙江61.4分,江苏59.6分,福建57.2分;居11—12位的依次是:山东56.6分、河北55.2分、山西55.5
The Social Indicators Group of the Institute of Sociology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences selected 46 major economic and social indicators and made a comprehensive evaluation of the social development level in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions with the comprehensive score method. According to the composite score, the top 10 are: Beijing 85.9 points, Shanghai 83.7 points, Tianjin 78.3 points, Liaoning 71.4 points, Heilongjiang 63.9 points, Guangdong 63.2 points, Jilin 62.8 points, Zhejiang 61.4 points, Jiangsu 59.6 points, Fujian 57.2 points ; Ranking 11-12 are followed by Shandong 56.6, Hebei 55.2, Shanxi 55.5
