一、纺织工业面临的重要问题 (一)原料价格上涨过猛,管理失控,企业难以承受。近年来,原料短缺,价格上涨过猛是困扰纺织行业的突出问题。据统计,1987、1988、1989三年,原料价格上涨给纺织行业带来的减利额分别是80亿元,105.40亿元,121.40亿元(预计)。平均为年利税额的58％。原料价格过快上涨主要反映在:棉花供应价格1988年国家规定为标准棉197元/担,但工厂得到的棉花平均价格在260—270元/担,高的已超过了300元/担。棉花的实际供应价高出国家规定的42％。化纤系列主要原料
