目的:通过丹红注射液大鼠尾静脉注射给药后血浆、脑、肝脏HPLC指纹图谱的研究,建立准确、简单的体内定性分析方法,为丹红注射液在血、脑、肝脏的分布代谢研究奠定基础,对阐明药效物质基础提供依据。方法:采用清醒动物自动采样系统实时动态采集血浆,定时取脑和肝脏。建立丹红注射液及其含药血浆和脑、肝脏HPLC指纹图谱。结果:7批丹红注射液指纹图谱相似度均大于0.980,7批血浆、脑、肝脏组织样品的特征图谱的相似度均在0.86以上,结论:说明特征指纹图谱相对稳定、准确,可以用于体内成分的定性分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an accurate and simple method for the qualitative analysis of plasma, brain and liver in rats by injecting the tail vein of Danhong injection into the tail vein of the rats and to provide a theoretical basis for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Danhong injection in blood, brain and liver Research laid the foundation for the elucidation of the material basis of pharmacodynamic effects. Methods: Real-time dynamic acquisition of plasma using conscious animal automatic sampling system, take the brain and liver regularly. Establish Danhong injection and its drug-containing plasma and brain, liver HPLC fingerprints. Results: Similarity of fingerprints of 7 batches of Danhong injection were all greater than 0.980. The similarity of characteristic maps of plasma, brain and liver samples of 7 batches were above 0.86. Conclusion: The fingerprint of characteristic fingerprint was relatively stable and accurate and could be used in Qualitative analysis of body composition.
