树突状细胞 (DC)是体内专职的抗原提呈细胞 ,也是抗原特异性免疫应答的始动者 ,具有摄取、处理和提呈抗原至T细胞的功能 ,在抗肿瘤免疫中发挥重要作用。随着细胞生物学、分子生物学和免疫学等学科的飞速发展 ,以及新的实验体系和新的技术方法的不断涌现 ,使得树突状细胞在临床上应用 (尤其是抗肿瘤方面的应用 )的研究取得了日新月异的进展。本文主要对DC的生物特性、DC与肿瘤的关系及DC在肾癌免疫中的应用研究进展及前景作一综述
Dendritic cells (DCs) are specialized antigen-presenting cells in the body and are also the initiators of antigen-specific immune responses. They possess the functions of uptake, processing and presentation of antigens to T cells and play an important role in antitumor immunity. With the rapid development of such disciplines as cell biology, molecular biology and immunology, as well as the continuous popularization of new experimental systems and new technical methods, the application of dendritic cells in clinical practice (especially anti-tumor applications) Research has made rapid progress. This review summarizes the research progress and prospects of the biological characteristics of DC, the relationship between DC and tumor and the application of DC in renal cell carcinoma
