用单克隆抗体OKT_3,OKT_4及OKT_8对40例原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群进行了分析,结果表明,该病患者T抑制/杀伤细胞亚群增高。
OKT_3, OKT_4 and OKT_8 were used to analyze peripheral blood T lymphocytes and their subpopulations in 40 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. The results showed that the T-suppressor / killer cell subsets were increased.
