【原理】音乐能表达情感,音乐的旋律、节奏和音色通过大脑感应可唤起听者相应的情绪体验,激发内心积极的情感得以释放、消极的情感得到宣泄;音乐还能吸引和转移人的注意力,改变或抑制现有的负面情绪,从而获得良好的心理状态。倾听音乐,借助音乐的旋律和节奏,调节和改善人的心理状态,使之趋于和谐、平衡,达到调适心理的作用。比如旋律优美、缓慢、悠扬的音乐可以安定情绪;旋律流畅,节奏明快的音乐可以振奋精神;轻松、欢快的音乐可以使大脑及整个神经功能得到改善,消除疲劳。
