目的了解不同配方饵料对蝇类的诱捕效果,探索蝇类监测饵料的商品化和标准化。方法用果酱、甜面酱、红糖、奶粉、腐鱼膏剂和鱼粉6种材料,按不同比例配置成9个配方,现场笼诱法比较配方的诱蝇效果。结果通过4-11月每月3次轮换试验,5号配方(腐鱼膏剂+甜面酱)对大头金蝇诱获率最高;6号配方(腐鱼膏剂+红糖+奶粉)对家蝇诱获率最高,家蝇占诱蝇总数的29.3%,经χ2检验,6号与1~3、5号差异有统计学意义,与4、7~9号差异无统计学意义。经Student-Newman-Keuls统计分析,6号配方优于其他配方,即6号>(9号、7号、4号、8号)>2号>3号>5号>1号。结论 6号配方优于其他配方,可应用于现场蝇类监测对比试验,进一步验证其对家蝇和其它监测蝇种的引诱效果。
Objective To understand the trapping effects of different formulations of flies on flies and to explore the commercialization and standardization of flies for monitoring flies. Methods Six kinds of materials, such as jam, sweet sauce, brown sugar, milk powder, rotten fish paste and fish meal, were arranged into 9 formulas according to different proportion. The results showed that the No. 5 formula (rotten fish paste + sweet sauce) had the highest trapping rate of golden flies in the rotation test from April to November every month. The no. 6 formula (rotten fish paste + brown sugar + milk powder) The highest number of house flies accounted for 29.3% of the total number of fly flies, by χ2 test, 6 and 1 to 3,5 difference was statistically significant, and 4,7 to 9 no significant difference. According to the result of Student-Newman-Keuls statistical analysis, formula 6 is superior to other formulas, namely, No. 6> (No.9, No.7, No.4, No.8)> No.2> No.3> No.5> No.1. Conclusion Formulation 6 is superior to other formulations and can be applied to the comparative test of flies surveillance in the field to further verify its attraction to house flies and other fly species.
