脂肪肉瘤从组织学上分为高分化型、粘液型、圆形细胞型、多形型、混合形和未分化型。后者是指低恶性肿瘤和组织学上不同的高恶性肉瘤相邻共存的双形态性肿瘤。作者从1992年6月至1997年12月对3例经手术切除,组织学诊断为未分化型脂肪肉瘤的影像所见进行了分析。3例均为男性,年龄36岁～80岁。发生于后腹膜1例,臀部1例,股部1例。临床症状有局部疼痛、肿胀,其中2例体重减轻。3例患 Liposarcomas are histologically divided into well-differentiated, mucinous, round cell, polymorphic, mixed, and undifferentiated. The latter refers to low-malignant tumors and histologically different high-grade malignant sarcomas coexisting in bi-morphic tumors. From June 1992 to December 1997, the authors analyzed 3 cases of surgically resected and histologically diagnosed undifferentiated type of liposarcoma. All 3 cases were male, aged 36 to 80 years old. Occurred in the posterior peritoneum in 1 case, 1 case in the buttocks and 1 case in the thigh. There were local pains and swellings in the clinical symptoms, and 2 of them lost weight. 3 patients
