目的了解山东省参与艾滋病防治的社会组织工作人员从业年限情况及其影响因素,为加强社会组织人员管理工作提出建议。方法自行设计问卷,对山东省参与艾滋病防治工作的所有社会组织中的工作人员进行普查,采用非参数检验和多重线性回归的方法分析从业年限的影响因素。结果共调查234人,从业年限中位数是3.36年。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、专业、是否同伴教育员、文化程度有统计学意义(P均<0.10);多重线性回归分析结果显示,是否同伴教育员、年龄、专业和文化程度的标准化回归系数分别为0.193、0.156、-0.135、-0.199(P均<0.10)。结论山东省参与艾滋病防治社会组织工作人员从业年限较短,是否同伴教育员、专业、年龄和文化程度是影响社会组织工作人员从业年限的重要因素。
Objective To understand the years of employment of social organizations involved in AIDS prevention and control in Shandong Province and its influencing factors, and to provide suggestions for strengthening the management of social organizations. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The staff of all social organizations participating in the AIDS prevention and control work in Shandong Province were surveyed. The influencing factors of working years were analyzed by nonparametric test and multiple linear regression. Results A total of 234 people surveyed, the median length of employment was 3.36 years. Univariate analysis showed that age, specialty, companion or not, education level was statistically significant (all P <0.10); Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the standardized regression coefficients of peer educators, age, specialty and education level 0.193, 0.166, -0.135, -0.199, respectively (all P <0.10). Conclusion Shandong Province has a relatively short duration of service in participating in AIDS prevention and control social organizations. Whether peer educators, profession, age and education level are important factors that affect the working life of social workers.
