本文简要论述了加强党的先进性建设的重要性和加强党的先进性建设最终要落实到实现维护发展好人民群众的根本利益上。从牢记发展第一要务；致力于把高校校区建设成和谐社会社区的楷模；抓好领导班子建设,发挥党员和领导干部的带头表率作用；进一步加强和改善党的自身建设四方面,阐述了如何加强高校党的先进性建设,并使之体现在实现维护发展好人民群众根本利益上。
This article briefly discusses the importance of strengthening the construction of the advanced nature of the Party and the final implementation of strengthening the building of the party’s advanced nature in order to achieve the fundamental interests of safeguarding and developing the people. From keeping in mind the first priority of development; to devote itself to building a high school campus into a model community for a harmonious society; to do a good job in building a leading body and giving play to the exemplary role played by Party members and leading cadres; to further strengthen and improve the party’s self-construction; and to explain how Strengthening the Construction of the Advanced Nature of the Party in Colleges and Universities and Enabling It to Realize the Basic Interests of Maintaining and Developing the People.
