歼-7飞行员毛某,27岁,在一次简单气象四机编队中担任2号机,飞行约10 min,在无任何感觉的情况下发生短暂的意识丧失,飞机脱离编队位置,由4000m掉至1500m。3号机飞行员紧急呼叫,未回答。清醒后,经引导安全返场。 下机后查体:面部红润,精神状态好,体温36.5℃,脉膊78次/min,血压15/9.5 kPa,心电图未见异常,心、肺、肝、脾、腹部无阳性征。主诉无不适,飞机掉高度前未发生黑视,无疲劳感。发现掉高度后自感恐惧,精神紧张,对驾驶缺乏信心,不敢再次参加飞行。
