我们用搪瓷吊桶分装母种培养基,取得了较满意的结果。优点是:①手续简便,不象玻璃漏斗,要多次分倒培养基,一不小心培养基就会溢出,造成浪费。②搪瓷吊桶容量大,培养基不易冷却凝固。③搪瓷吊桶配以一小段输血管,一个夹钳,一个玻璃滴管头,培养基的流量可以控制,且不会污染试管口内壁,可免去揩擦管壁这道工序。
We use enamel bucket dispensed mother medium, and achieved more satisfactory results. Advantages are: ① simple procedures, unlike the glass funnel, several times down the media, careless medium will overflow, resulting in waste. ② enamel bucket capacity, medium is not easy to cool and solidification. ③ enamel bucket coupled with a small section of blood vessels, a clamp, a glass drip head, the medium flow can be controlled, and will not contaminate the test tube mouth wall, eliminating the need to wipe the wall of this process.
