本文综述了国内外在植物抗感病分子机制方面的研究进展,从分子生物学水平上提出了植物抗感病的根本原因,抗病性和感病性都是由特定的分子遗传机制支配,遵循基因对基因关系。抗病性的发生一般经历信号识别、信号传导及有关防卫基因的激活与表达调控。感病性由植物感病基因对病原物毒性基因互作决定。了解这些可为我们利用不同的途径培育抗病品种、防治植物病害提供依据。
This review summarizes the research progress on molecular mechanisms of plant resistance to disease at home and abroad, and puts forward the root causes of resistance to plant diseases at the level of molecular biology. Both disease resistance and susceptibility are dominated by specific molecular genetic mechanisms, Follow the gene to gene relationship. Disease resistance generally occurs through signal recognition, signal transduction and defense gene activation and expression regulation. Sickness is determined by the interaction of plant pathogenic genes with pathogenic virulence genes. Understanding these can provide a basis for us to use different ways to cultivate resistant varieties and control plant diseases.
