Dental staff may be exposed to a variety of microorganisms in the blood and saliva of patients during dental surgery, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Cytomegalovirus (CMV), simplex types I and II Herpes viruses (HSV-I and II), human T-lymphotropic virus / lymphotrophic virus (HTLV-II / LAV) and many viruses that cause upper respiratory tract infections. In dental treatment, transmission of the disease may occur through blood or saliva through direct contact with droplets, aerosols, or indirect contact with contaminated equipment. It is possible for patients and dental workers to spread communicable diseases with each other. It has been reported that a dentist spread HSV to 20 by finger
