细菌性结膜炎是常见的传染性很强的外眼病,俗称“火眼”或“红眼病”,是以结膜明显充血及粘液血性分泌物为特征,儿童可有假膜形成。对于此病,我院自1973年以来采用新洁尔灭治疗,疗效显著,介绍如下: 一、新洁尔灭的药理作用新洁尔灭可破坏细菌的细胞膜,改变其渗透性,使之生理活动受破坏而死亡,因而起到杀菌目的。二、药物配制新洁尔灭1克加蒸溜水4000毫升,配制成1/4 000浓度的洗眼液和点眼液。
