应用反相 HPLC法测定芦荟甘(aloin)的含量。用 SUPELCO LC-18(250 min×4. 6 mm,5um)层析柱,流动相:乙腈-0.01 mol/L三氟醋酸(22: 78),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:359 nm,柱温:室温,用外标法测定。芦荟苷的平均回收率为 98.37%,其检测线性范围为 50~250ug/mL,回归方程:Y=0. 269+54. 723 X,r=0. 9999。本法灵敏、简便,重现性好。
The reversed-phase HPLC method was used to determine aloin content. Using SUPELCO LC-18 (250 min×4.6 mm, 5um) column, mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L trifluoroacetic acid (22:78), flow rate: 1 mL/min, detection wavelength: 359 Nm, column temperature: room temperature, determined by external standard method. The average recovery of aloin was 98.37%. The linear range of detection was 50 to 250 ug/mL, and the regression equation was Y=0. 269+54. 723 X, r=0. 9999. This method is sensitive, simple, and reproducible.
