Using SUPELCO LC-18 (250 min×4.6 mm, 5um) column, mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L trifluoroacetic acid (22:78), flow rate: 1 mL/min, detection wavelength: 359 Nm, column temperature: room temperature, determined by external standard method. The average recovery of aloin was 98.37%. The linear range of detection was 50 to 250 ug/mL, and the regression equation was Y=0. 269+54. 723 X, r=0. 9999. This method is sensitive, simple, and reproducible.
