根据相似原理 ,采用模拟试验的方法研究了与铝液相似的模拟液在负压作用下的渗流动力学规律。实验得到控制铝液渗流过程的相似准则为 :对直径 1 .5~ 3.5mm的颗粒介质为Froude准则 ,对直径 0 .5mm的颗粒介质为Reynolds准则。在相似准则指导下 ,原型铝液和模型中模拟液的渗流过程是相似的。
According to the similar principle, the simulation experiment is used to study the seepage flow dynamics under the action of negative pressure. The similar experimental guidelines for controlling the seepage of molten aluminum are given by the Froude criterion for granular media with diameter of 1.5 to 3.5 mm and Reynolds criterion for granular media with diameter of 0.5 mm. Under the similar guidelines, the seepage process of the simulated liquid in the prototype aluminum liquid and the model is similar.
