目的探讨粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄缺血兔模型的制作方法。方法将健康新西兰大耳白兔14只,随机分为模型组和空白组。模型组采用左肾动脉银夹缩窄术和高脂饲料喂养,空白组每天喂饲普通饲料,12周后观察两组实验兔胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平及病理学变化。结果模型组家兔TC、LDL均升高(p<0.01),病理切片显示典型的AS变化,肾动脉狭窄程度和肾动脉壁内、中膜的增厚明显(p<0.05)。结论本方法能复制粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄缺血兔模型。
Objective To investigate the method of making a rabbit model of atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis. Methods 14 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into model group and blank group. The rats in the model group were fed with the narrowing of the left renal artery by silver clip and the high-fat diet. The blank group was fed with normal diet everyday. After 12 weeks, the cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) levels and pathological changes. Results The TC and LDL in rabbits in model group were significantly higher than those in normal rabbits (p <0.01). The histopathological changes showed typical AS changes. The degree of renal artery stenosis and the thickening of the intima and media of renal arteries were significant (p <0.05). Conclusion This method can replicate the rabbit model of atherosclerotic renal ischemia.
