关于痕量铋的光度测定,Marczenko推荐二硫腙法。该法须预先萃取除去铜、银、金、铂、钯和汞;与铋同时萃入有机相的锌,用pH9.5的稀KCN溶液反萃除去。方法的灵敏度虽高(ε=7.92×10~4),但过程较长,还须使用剧毒试剂。 本文报导用小型阴离子交换柱简便、快速富集分离,继以水杨基萤光酮(SAF)和吐温—80在水溶液中光度法测定铋(ε=9.40×10~4)。与二硫腙法比较,本方法更适用于地质样品中痕量铋的测定。 一、仪器与试剂
For the determination of trace amounts of bismuth, Marczenko recommends the dithizone method. The method should be pre-extracted to remove copper, silver, gold, platinum, palladium and mercury; and bismuth simultaneously extracted into the organic phase of zinc, with a dilute KCN solution 9.5 stripping back. Sensitivity of the method is high (ε = 7.92 × 10 ~ 4), but the process is longer, but also the use of highly toxic reagents. This article reports the simple, rapid enrichment and separation of small anion exchange columns followed by spectrophotometric determination of bismuth (ε = 9.40 × 10 -4) with salicylfluorone (SAF) and Tween-80 in aqueous solution.
