今年我省夏收作物,在总路线、本跃进、人民公社三面红旗的指引下,经过全省人民八个多月的英勇奋斗,战胜了历史上少有的百日大旱,和严重的病、虫、霜、冻等自然灾害,现在普遍生长良好,丰收在望。当前的中心任务,是在继续加强后期田间管理的同时,积极做好夏收准备,全力做好夏收,千方百计把丰收的果实全部拿回来,确保今年夏季丰产丰收。特提出如下十项要求:
