8月21日,省水利厅召开“进一步学习落实惩防体系《实施纲要》辅导报告会”。厅党组全体成员、厅机关和附属事业单位全体职工及厅直单位领导班子成员出席会议并认真听取了辅导报告。厅长肖友在会上指出:党中央颁布的《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》,是从完成经济社会发展的重大任务和巩固党的执政地位的全局出发,在总结历史经验、科学判断形势的基础上作出的重大战略决策,是我们党对执政规律和反腐倡廉工作规律认识的进一步深化,是从源头上防治腐败的根本举措。省水利厅各级党委要从政治和全局的高度,把建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系的工作纳入全省水利工作的总体规划,抓紧制定贯彻落实《实施纲要》的具体意见和办法,切实搞好任务分解,认真把反腐倡廉各项工作落到实处。
