GSM系统的全称是泛欧数字蜂窝移动通信系统。它在世界三大移动通信系统(美国的ADC系统,日本的PDC系统)中应用的国家和地区最广,其中包括我国。GSM采用了低码率、低运算量的规则脉冲激励-长时线性预测编码(RPE-LTP)。本文在简要介绍了RPE-LTP编码算法后,着重讨论了这种算法在定点数字信号处理芯片TMS320C54X上实现的软、硬件设计和实现中的一些关键技术,并给出了实验结果
The full name of GSM system is Pan-European digital cellular mobile communication system. It has the most extensive countries and regions in the world’s three major mobile communication systems (ADC system in the United States and PDC system in Japan), including China. GSM uses a low-rate, low-computation, regular pulse excitation-long-term linear prediction coding (RPE-LTP). After briefly introducing RPE-LTP coding algorithm, this paper focuses on some key technologies in hardware and software design and implementation of this algorithm on fixed-point digital signal processing chip TMS320C54X, and gives the experimental results
