本文建立了一种新型的单汽相循环法汽液平衡测定装置,仅用一只循环泵实现了汽相循环和汽、液相的采样分析。测定了313.2K、10MPa下,CO_2-C_2H_5OH-H_2O-夹带剂(乙二醇或丙三醇)体系的相平衡数据。实验结果表明:对于乙醇浓度高于0.35mol的乙醇水溶液,其中含有0.1mol的夹带剂的原料,比单用二氧化碳萃取(无夹带剂加入)具有更高的汽相溶解度和分离选择性,但仍然不能打破乙醇-水体系的常压恒沸点。
In this paper, a new type of vapor-liquid equilibrium measuring apparatus based on single-vapor-phase circulation method was established, which realized the vapor-phase circulation and sampling analysis of vapor and liquid with only one circulation pump. The phase equilibrium data of CO_2-C_2H_5OH-H_2O-entrainer (ethylene glycol or glycerol) system were measured at 313.2K and 10MPa. The experimental results showed that the raw materials containing 0.1 mol of entrainer in ethanol aqueous solution with ethanol concentration higher than 0.35 mol have higher vapor phase solubility and separation selectivity than those obtained by carbon dioxide extraction alone (without entrainer) But still can not break the ethanol - water system atmospheric pressure constant boiling point.
