本文引用了西蒙关于有限理性的理论,并应用与民营企业家创新的研究,并且提出了自己的观点,认为在民营企业技术创新中企业家行为是有限理性的。本文在分析了浙江民营企业技术创新现状的基础上,还对民营企业创新有限理性行为进行了深入的探讨。
This paper quotes Simon’s theory of bounded rationality, and applies the research of innovation with private entrepreneurs. He also puts forward his own view that the behavior of entrepreneurs in the private enterprise is limited rationality. Based on the analysis of the status quo of technological innovation in private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang, this paper also explores the limited-rational behavior of private enterprises in innovation.
