对大庆、胜利和辽河焦化蜡油的性质、化学组成及结构组成进行了研究及分析对比 ,研究表明 3种焦化蜡油中不含沥青质 ,饱和烃含量在 55.1 %~ 68.3% ,芳烃含量在 2 4 .8%~ 33.5% ,胶质含量在 5.7%~ 1 1 .5%。 3种焦化蜡油的芳碳率在 1 4 .79%~ 1 9.1 7% ,烷基碳率在 58.0 7%~ 70 .34 % ,ω(CP)+ω(CN)之和都大于 70 % ,芳香环数都在 1个环左右 ,总环数介于 2 .1 3~ 2 .51之间。 3种焦化蜡油中大庆焦化蜡油的氮、硫含量最低 ,饱和烃含量最高 ,是最容易加工利用的原料 ,辽河焦化蜡油居中 ,而胜利焦化蜡油是最难加工利用的原料。与其直馏蜡油相比 ,焦化蜡油中的氮含量、硫含量、残碳含量高 ,饱和烃含量低 ,是一种劣质原料。同时分析了影响焦化蜡油加工利用的因素 ,提出了焦化蜡油加工利用途径。
The properties, chemical composition and structure of Daqing, Shengli and Liaohe coker gas oil were studied and compared. The results show that the three coker gas oils do not contain asphaltene, the content of saturated hydrocarbons is between 55.1% and 68.3%, the aromatic content is between 2 4 .8% ~ 33.5%, glial content of 5.7% ~ 1 1 .5%. The carbon yields of the three types of coker gas oils ranged from 14.79% to 9.17%, the carbon conversions were 58.0 7% to 70.34%, and the sum of ω (CP) + ω (CN) was above 70% , The number of aromatic rings are about 1 ring, the total number of rings between 2 .1 3 ~ 2 .51. Among the three coking wax oils, Daqing coking wax oil has the lowest content of nitrogen and sulfur and the highest content of saturated hydrocarbons. It is the easiest raw material for processing and utilization. Liaohe coking wax oil is the middle one, while Victory Coking wax oil is the most difficult raw material for processing and utilization. Compared with its straight-run wax oil, coker gas oil in the nitrogen content, sulfur content, high residual carbon content, low saturated hydrocarbon content, is a poor quality raw materials. At the same time, the factors affecting the processing and utilization of coking wax oil were analyzed, and the ways of processing and utilizing coker wax oil were put forward.
