When we play piano works, we need the most excited state of attention, and we will be full of emotions to faithfully and completely play the music. This is the basis for success. This requires us to pass the technical first; second, we must be aware of the treatment of the music; and third, we must be psychologically very relaxed. However, when we give students piano lessons or exams, we often find that some students are involuntarily psychologically nervous. Its external appearance is: the fingers tremble, or there are extremely low-level errors. The reasons are roughly as follows: (1) It is technically unsure; (2) There is not much to know about music processing; (3) The environment is not adaptable.
