用正交试验法优选煅淬紫石英的最佳炮制工艺。以银制温度、煅制时间、醋含酸量和煅淬次数4个因素，每个因素选取3个水平进行实验。结果表明最佳炮制工艺为A1B3C1D1，即加热至60℃，煅制30min，以米醋（含酸量5％）淬1次，每100kg紫石英加醋30kg。
The best processing technology of calcined amethyst is optimized by orthogonal test. According to the four factors of the silver temperature, the forging time, the vinegar acid content and the calcination time, 3 levels were selected for each experiment. The results showed that the best processing technology for the A1B3C1D1, that is heated to 60 °C, forging 30min, rice vinegar (acid content 5%) quenched once, per 100kg of amethyst and vinegar 30kg.
