流动注射-动力学分析法——meso-四-(4-磺基苯)卟啉测定痕量锌

水溶性卟啉是测定金属离子的超离灵敏度试剂,对锌的测定已有文献报道。如T(4-TAP)PT(4-HP)P、T(3-F-ISP)P测定锌有较高的灵敏度。但其它共存离子严重干扰,选择性较差,实际样品分析时其分离步骤繁琐。本文研究了meso-四-(4-磺基苯)卟啉(简称TPPS_4)与锌及其它金属离子的反应动力学,采用流动注射分析(FIA)合并带停流法技术。应用速差动力学分析法,可不经分离直接测定人发、桃叶、水等试样中痕量锌,获得满意结果。 Water-soluble porphyrin is a metal ion over-sensitivity reagent, the determination of zinc has been reported in the literature. As the T (4-TAP) PT (4-HP) P, T (3-F-ISP) P measured zinc has a higher sensitivity. However, other co-existing ions seriously interfere with the selectivity of the poor, the actual sample analysis of the tedious separation steps. In this paper, the reaction kinetics of meso-tetrakis- (4-sulfophenyl) porphyrin (referred to as TPPS_4) with zinc and other metal ions has been studied. The flow injection analysis (FIA) The application of differential kinetic analysis method can be directly without any separation of human hair, peach leaf, water and other samples of trace zinc, to obtain satisfactory results.
