目的:了解非典型性肺结核的X线和CT扫描特征,探讨非典型性肺结核的X线和CT诊断的方法以及相关病理分析。方法:选择经过病理检查确诊的60例非典型性肺结核患者作为研究对象,随机分为三组,A组20例,使用X线进行诊断,B组20例,使用CT进行诊断,C组20例,使用X线和CT进行联合诊断,然后将诊断结果与病理学结果进行对比,计算诊断准确率,最后对三组诊断方法的准确性进行对比分析。结果:经过分析显示,A组与B组诊断准确率相比没有显著统计差异(P>0.05),但是,A组和B组与C组的诊断准确率相比存在显著统计差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用X线和CT联合对非典型性肺结核进行检查,其诊断符合率明显高于单纯性使用单一诊断手段。这说明X线和CT联合有助于对非典型性肺结核进行诊断分型,有助于尽早治疗,值得临床予以推广。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the X-ray and CT features of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) and discuss the methods of X-ray and CT diagnosis of SARS and the related pathological analysis. Methods: Sixty patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed by pathology were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into three groups: 20 cases in group A, X-ray diagnosis, 20 cases in group B, CT in diagnosis, 20 cases in group C , The use of X-ray and CT for joint diagnosis, and then compare the diagnostic results with pathological results to calculate the diagnostic accuracy, and finally the accuracy of the three diagnostic methods for comparative analysis. Results: After analysis, there was no significant difference between the diagnostic accuracy rate of group A and group B (P> 0.05), but the diagnostic accuracy of group A and group B was significantly different from that of group C (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: X-ray and CT combined examination of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis, the diagnostic coincidence rate was significantly higher than the simple use of a single diagnostic tool. This shows that the combination of X-ray and CT can help to diagnose atypical pulmonary tuberculosis and help to treat as soon as possible, which is worth to be promoted clinically.
