在对中长跑训练方法进行探讨的基础上,论述了各种训练方法对提高中长跑运动水平的历史贡献,指出了当今中长跑训练方法学的训练特点,预测了未来中长跑训练方法的发展趋势。对中长跑运动员身体素质训练理论与方法进行了分析和研究,为我国教练员和运动员训练时保证质量、提高运动成绩、丰富中长跑运动员身体素质训练的理论与方法提供科学的理论指导。
Based on the discussion of middle and long distance training methods, this paper discusses the historical contributions of various training methods to improve the sports level of middle and long distance runners, points out the training characteristics of today’s middle and long distance training methodologies and predicts the future development trend of middle and long distance training methods . This paper analyzes and studies the theories and methods of physical fitness training for middle and long distance runners, and provides scientific and theoretical guidance for our country’s coaches and athletes to ensure their quality, enhance their performance and enrich the theories and methods of physical fitness training for middle and long distance runners.
