河南省将全面启动2015年畜牧良种补贴项目工作,继续加大对生猪、奶牛、肉牛、羊等畜牧品种的改良按照“大稳定、小调整”原则,对以往的项目县(市、区)及补贴任务作出相应调整。其中中央财政安排6080万元专项资金,用于对西华、正阳、鄢陵等47个项目县的152万头生猪品种改良进行补贴,提升生猪生产水平和生猪产品质量。今年还将对38万头奶用能繁母牛、新野等8个县7万头肉用能繁母牛、河南省鼎元种牛育
