测定原制狂犬病疫苗中硫柳汞含量的化学比色法已不适于浓缩狂犬病疫苗。为此建立了氢化物发生-原子吸收法(MHS-AA法)。此法快速、灵敏、准确、简便,可大批量检测浓缩狂犬病疫苗和乙肝疫苗等制品中硫柳汞的含量。
Chemometric colorimetry for the determination of thimerosal in original rabies vaccines has not been suitable for the concentration of rabies vaccines. For this purpose, a hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry (MHS-AA method) was established. The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used for mass detection of thimerosal in concentrated rabies vaccines and hepatitis B vaccines.
