目的 观察类肝素及甘糖酯 (PGMS)对体外培养的大鼠晶状体上皮细胞 (LECs)增殖的影响。方法 将质量浓度为 0 .2 ,0 .4,0 .8mg/ml的类肝素和PGMS作用于培养细胞 ,72h后行结晶紫染色比色测定 ,并对 2 4h内的 3H TdR掺入率进行测定。结果 类肝素、PGMS可使LECs增殖明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DNA合成明显受抑 (P <0 .0 1) ,相同质量浓度下类肝素的作用强于肝素。结论 类肝素、甘糖酯对体外培养的大鼠晶状体上皮细胞有明显抑制作用
Objective To investigate the effects of heparin and PGs on the proliferation of rat lens epithelial cells (LECs) cultured in vitro. Methods Heparin and PGMS with mass concentration of 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mg / ml were cultured in cultured cells. Crystalline violet staining and colorimetric determination were performed 72 hours later. The 3H TdR incorporation rate within 24 hours Determination. Results Heparin and PGMS significantly inhibited the proliferation of LECs (P <0.05), and inhibited DNA synthesis (P <0.01).
