目的　观察类肝素及甘糖酯 (PGMS)对体外培养的大鼠晶状体上皮细胞 (LECs)增殖的影响。方法　将质量浓度为 0 .2 ,0 .4,0 .8mg/ml的类肝素和PGMS作用于培养细胞 ,72h后行结晶紫染色比色测定 ,并对 2 4h内的 3H TdR掺入率进行测定。结果　类肝素、PGMS可使LECs增殖明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DNA合成明显受抑 (P <0 .0 1) ,相同质量浓度下类肝素的作用强于肝素。结论　类肝素、甘糖酯对体外培养的大鼠晶状体上皮细胞有明显抑制作用 Objective To investigate the effects of heparin and PGs on the proliferation of rat lens epithelial cells (LECs) cultured in vitro.
