目的了解近4年深圳市罗湖区作业场所中职业病危害因素的监测情况。方法对2011—2014年罗湖区企业作业场所中职业病危害因素监测情况进行描述性分析。结果罗湖区的实测企业数从2012年的41家开始逐年上升,珠宝制造业仍然是该区主要的职业病危害行业。各类职业病危害因素的监测数量和监测点的合格率都在稳步增加,在化学毒物的监测中,实测点的总数从2012年的196个上升到2014年的433个且合格率分别从97.7%上升到99.8%,苯、甲苯、正己烷、正庚烷和丙酮是该区生产企业化学毒物的主要监测物质;在粉尘的监测中,实测点总数从2011年的22个上升到2014年的52个,各类粉尘的监测合格率呈现平稳状态,在4年间均保持在97%以上;在物理因素的监测中,噪声的实测点数从2012年的137个上升到2014年的188个,噪声的合格率则较低,4年间保持在90%以上。结论该区应继续落实企业承担的主体责任、专业职业卫生人员提供技术措施、政府监督的多方联动机制,才能提高该区的职业卫生防治工作,方可切实保护劳动者的就业健康权益。
Objective To understand the monitoring of occupational hazards in workplaces in Luohu District, Shenzhen in the recent 4 years. Methods A descriptive analysis was conducted on the monitoring of occupational hazards in the workplace of enterprises in Luohu District during 2011-2014. Results The number of enterprises measured in Luohu District increased year by year from 41 in 2012. The jewelry manufacturing industry is still the major occupational hazard in this area. In the monitoring of chemical poisons, the total number of measured points increased from 196 in 2012 to 433 in 2014 with the pass rates from 97.7% Up to 99.8%. Benzene, toluene, n-hexane, n-heptane and acetone are the main monitoring substances of chemical poison in production enterprises in this area. In the monitoring of dust, the total number of measured points increased from 22 in 2011 to 52 in 2014 The monitoring percentages of all kinds of dust showed a steady state, maintaining above 97% in four years. In the monitoring of physical factors, the number of measured points of noise increased from 137 in 2012 to 188 in 2014. The noise Pass rate is lower, 4 years to maintain more than 90%. Conclusion The district should continue to implement the main responsibility of enterprises, professional technical staff to provide technical measures, government supervision of multi-linkage mechanism in order to improve occupational health prevention and control work in the area before they can effectively protect the employment of workers rights and interests.
